How It Works
The Side Drive is a drop-in replacement for traditional 1 HP AC motor and 30:1 gearbox setups, simplifying installation while enhancing reliability and cleanliness. With zero external moving parts and a smooth, cleanable design, it’s ideal for washdown areas and hygienic processing lines.
All One Motion products are compatible with any VFD that supports permanent magnet motors (PMM). Side Drive products use standardized vfd parameters, making setup nearly plug-and-play after the first installation.

Designed for easy retrofits, Side Drive mounts directly onto existing gearbox-driven conveyors using a standard 56C face / torque arm mount. This allows quick upgrades without major modifications, while unlocking the efficiency and performance benefits of direct- drive technology.
